It is submitted by Counsel for respondent State that proposal for exempting the petitioners from the examination in question was submitted to the competent authority and the same is pending consideration by Divisional Commissioner, Chapra and it is also submitted that the claim for grant of ACP shall be considered as soon as the decision in respect of such exemption is taken by the respondent authorities.

Since the matter is pending before the authorities there is no occasion for this Court to issue any further direction

The writ petition is disposed of.

It is, however, expected that respondent No. 2 shall take a final decision in respect of the pending claim within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
