JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 224 of 2016 registered under Sections 364,328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 2/8 of the POSCO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The victim in her statement under Section 164 herself stated that he has married with Manzoor Alam on her own sweet will and her parents forced her to lodge the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7870 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st, cum-special Judge, POCSO, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 224 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
