2. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 32952 of 2022.

3. The trial court report indicates that in this case, though charge has been framed on 27.04.2022, but till date, not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution and the case is still pending at the stage of prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
