2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 lodged on 28.02.2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M-II, Munger.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission granted.

5. As such, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner that if he surrenders before the concerned Trial Court within a period of six weeks from today then in that case, the Trial Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56037 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 directed to pass order on his surrender-cum-bail application on the same day considering that whether ingredients of offence is available against petitioner in this case or not, without being prejudice that the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court and the Trial Court shall pass order on the merit of this case.
