The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shakurabad Police Station Case No. 137 of 2014. This case has been lodged under Sections 147, 148, 384 and 385, and the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though it is alleged that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of a co-accused, but from the case diary nothing has been shown that any of the co-accused named the petitioner in his confessional statement. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12597 of 2017 (3) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum Sub-Judge-4, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and make himself available before the police as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates, the prosecution shall be free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds and further petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
