JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 The District Magistrate, Samastipur and Superintendent of Police, Samastipur are present in the Court and a second supplementary show cause has been filed wherein it has been stated that as on date the shop in question of the petitioner has been de-sealed and the vacant possession of the same has been handed over to the petitioner, whereafter the Rent Controller has assessed rent for the period 08/08/2013 to 17/09/2022, totalling to a sum of Rs. 75,041/- and the same has also been paid to the petitioner by way of compensation. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that though the respondent-State

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the District Magistrate, Samastipur and Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, I deem it fit and proper to drop the proceedings, as it is, at this juncture and discharge the rule.
