The present application has been filed for commanding the respondent authorities to remove Encroachment from the Public Land i.e., Canal (Nahar) appertaining to Khata No. 188, Khesra No. 12, Area-0-19-7 Dhur, Situated in Village- Konhwa, Navaiyat- M. R. H. Kaushal Saheb and Khata No. 187, Khesra No. 13, Area 0- 8-7 Dhur, Navaiyat- M. R. H. Kaushal Saheb, owner Kothi Maniara is registered in the survey Khatian within Kuchaikote Block of Gopalganj District Encroached by Private

Patna High Court CWJC No.12413 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 Respondent causing in convenience to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Gopalganj with regard to the complaint of encroachment.

4. If any encroachment is found by the Circle Officer on the complaint of the petitioner, appropriate proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 shall be initiated and the same shall be disposed of after hearing all the parties.

5. It is, accordingly, disposed of.
