The Petitioner seeks bail in Allauli P.S. Case No.177 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. Considering that there is allegation of firing at the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of serious nature of offence.
