2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 345 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 387, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 19.04.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11958 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
