====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria P.S. Case No. 124/2000, instituted for the offences under Sections 427, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing firearm injury on the chest of the informant. Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that charge-sheet has been submitted against this petitioner showing him absconder. Petitioner was avoiding his arrest since 2000 and lastly he has been remanded in this case on 02.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
