The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons variously armed assaulted the informant and family members, as a result of which four persons got injured.

It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties free fight took place in which both sides sustained

Save and except one injury all injuries attributed to petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the backdrop in which the occurrence took place coupled with the fact that petitioners bear clean antecedents, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
