2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that miscreants snatched a bag containing Rs. 135550/- along with mobile and charger from the informant on the point of pistol.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR and he has been remanded in the present case as another case had been instituted against him for recovery of a stolen
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56593 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/3 motorcycle and upon the confessional statement made in the other case his name surfaced in the present case. As a matter of fact, no recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner and till date no test identification parade has been conducted. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025, charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, East Champaran in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS and other following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court concerned. In case of absence on two
