Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 359 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,447,323,504,307,354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The fact is that some co-villagers came near the house of his cousin brother Bablu Sharma and started abusing due to which scuffle took place in which no injury sustained to any party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within

No.8427 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.
