The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant being a police officer went to execute the processes under Sections 82 and 83 and Electricity theft case filed against Ram Narain Poddar, then the petitioners caught hold the collar of the informant, assaulted and abused him.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have only been roped in the present case since the wife and daughter of co-accused Ram Narayan Poddar have lodged a complaint case at earlier point of time

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20476 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 against the informant side. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and petitioners being lady, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
