Mr.Chandra Sen Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death of informant's daughter due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further

No.62096 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband. Moreover, the petitioner are languishing in judicial custody since 05.04.2024. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
