Case No. 233 of 2013 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, all the above-said petitions are being disposed off by this common order.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2364 of 2015 (3) dt.16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the case diary, that except suspicion, there is nothing against petitioners and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Raghvendra Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 804 of 2014 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-Ist/learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Lakhisarai.
