The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 341, 323, 384, 387, 504, 506, 447, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that Manoj Kumar Ram, Hostel Superintendent has collected Rs. 25,000/- for repairing of the hostel but he spent the money in the private use and when this petitioner being head of the hostel filed a petition before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar on 12.01.2017, hence, as a retaliation to this, the instant case has been filed by the informant at the instance of Manoj Kumar Ram.

No.9302 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 From the written report, it appears that mere general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner that he was making demand of Rs. 300/- per month as rangdari and for non-fulfilment of the same, he assaulted the informant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
