The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajauli P.S. case No. 25 of 2016 under Section 448, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

The informant made allegation that petitioners assaulted her calling her Dian.

It is submitted that petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant and some verbal altercation took place on petty matters and that is why the petitioners have been implicated in this case.

No.22687 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Rajauli P.S.
