(Prevention of Atrocities) Act along with other allied Sections of the I.P.C. on account thereof, instant appeal is non-maintainable as held by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Bachu Das vs. State of Bihar and others reported in (2014) 3 SCC 471.

Accordingly, instant appeal is dismissed.
