JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that petitioners and other accused persons came and started assaulting the informant. Specific allegation is against co-accused Dharmendra, who assaulted the informant and her husband.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is a land dispute between them. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been attributed against these

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Barharia P.S.
