The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 419, 120(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Amala Devi, Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj Mahua Ekdara, the petitioner Bhola Paswan and Chandeshwar Thakur, Regional Education Extension Officer, Khajauli appointed Umesh Kumar Yadav on the basis of his forged certificates. It is submitted that Umesh Kumar Yadav and Amala Devi have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. 16619/2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 11476/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16905 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Khajouli P.S. Case No. 24 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
