Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 388 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324, 384, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of giving stab wound.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
