2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B)34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is 60 years old and petitioner No.2 is 55 years old and they not in good health.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and the health of the two petitioners, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. The Court below is directed to pass order on the basis of material facts collected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56415 of 2022(7) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 in course of investigation.

5. It is made clear that the petitioners are required to file regular bail application within a period of two weeks till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. The Court below is directed to pass order same day without being prejudiced with any earlier order.

6. In case the regular bail application is not filed within aforesaid period, this order will automatically loose its force.
