The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56232 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XIII, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
