The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 18.5.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Case no. 402 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa (Partha Sarthy, J) Spd/- U T
