Defects, pointed out by the registry, are ignored. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 22790 of 2018, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 12.09.2022.
Patna High Court MJC No.1940 of 2022(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not come to the Court, resulting in him not being able to attend the case when the same was called out for hearing, thus sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. 22790 of 2018, to its original file. The present petition stands allowed.
