====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 111 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., informant suspects, that on account of money dispute, this petitioner with the help of other accused persons committed murder of her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against petitioner because he is owner of the tent house where husband of the informant used to work.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60807 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 During investigation, no material has come to indicate involvement of petitioner in the alleged offence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2025 and charge has already been framed.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No. 111 of 2025.
