The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.345 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that they were seen along with the deceased and later on the dead body of the deceased was brought from the river.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on some suspicion of last seen with the petitioner, he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail and stating that one witness has also stated before the police that along with three persons, the deceased persons was seen.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrte XIV, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.345 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
