The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 30.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the informant has retracted from the initial version of accusation and investigation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15503 of 2015 (02) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2014.
