The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) / 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is the Dewar who have been alleged to have participated in a dowry demand which subsequently led to the death of the daughter-in-law. It is further submitted that on a plain reading of the First Information Report itself reveals that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20972 of 2016 (3) dt.09-08-2016 P2/2 of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that save and except the general and omnibus allegations, there is no further cogent material in the case diary.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 187/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
