Patna High Court CWJC No.12992 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 following relief:- "1. I. Issuance of appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachments from the land bearing Khata No.317, Khesra No.2175, area 3.25 acres situated at Chitabkala (Mojama) Thana No.754, BlockSherghati, District-Gaya as the said land is a Government land i.e. Gairmajarua Sarva Sadharan land and there is a village road/pathway etc. over the land in question and the same has been encroached by the private respondents (encroachers) no. 6 to 14."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Sherghati Block, District-Gaya for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
