The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 518 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 23/24 of the J.J. Act and Section 16 of Bonded Labour and System Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1573 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 were taking minors for bonded labours. The case of the petitioners is that the father of the children allowed them to go alongwith the petitioners for working. Petitioners have already remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
