The petitioner seeks bail in Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 77/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that his brother-in-law (Bahnoi) killed his sister by sharp-cutting weapon, as he has illicit relation with another woman.

It has been submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.03.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43685 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
