JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 6, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since most of the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, the writ application may be disposed of with a direction of the Bank to provide calculation chart of deduction as well as payable pension to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the State Bank of India concedes to the prayer by the petitioner. He submitted that the calculation chart shall be provided to the petitioner within four weeks from

3. Regard being had to the submissions made above, with the consent of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Branch Manager, Kaluahi Branch, State Bank of India, Kaluahi, Madhubani to provide to the petitioner the statement of the account showing deductions made from the payable pension of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
