2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 376, 379, 354(B) and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act registered in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note of the averments made in paragraph 7 of the petition to the effect that the petitioner is a juvenile aged about 17 years.

4. In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may approach the Juvenile Justice Board.
