The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20240 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/3 connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.02 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 337, 338, 353, 307, 332, 333, 379, 427, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegations against these petitioners are indicative of the high-handedness of the police, who had come to the village and lodged false case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police came to the village in order to inquire about the case lodged by one Shabnam Khatoon. The names of these petitioners have come in the present case out of sheer village politics. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the vagueness of the allegations made against these petitioners and that they have no criminal antecedents, let all the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.02 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under
