The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is snatching of motorcycle, laptop and mobile phone.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the basis of confessional statement, he has been made accused in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since19.08.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45518 of 2018 (3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge, 11th, Cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No.153 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
