JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as University. Similar matter was decided recently by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17670 of 2017 vide judgment dated 17.7.2018 where the issue raised in the present writ petition was adjudicated by this Court.
In view of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17670 of 2017, the University is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption under Section 4 (14) of Bihar State Universities Act 1976.
University has to take decision keeping in view that
Patna High Court CWJC No.6053 of 2009(6) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 the name of the petitioner figures in letter No. 25 (C). Final decision on the claim of the petitioner for absorption shall be taken by the University within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
