Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault by thrashing the informant on the ground as well as background of the allegation which is land dispute, let the petitioners, above named, who have got no criminal antecedent, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52794 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya Police Station Case No.383 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
