The petitioner seeks his bail in Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.392 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that his elder brother went outside on calls of co-accused Ranju Devi and lateron his dead body was recovered with fire arms injuries.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His named figured in the F.I.R. on the confessional statement of co-accused Subhash Singh, who has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.14237 of 2015. It is further submitted that the other co-accused Ranju Devi has also been granted bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.8371 of 2015. On behalf of the State it has been stated that the named of the petitioner came in course of the investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15729 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.392 of 2014.
