2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 407/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 379 of I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of taking a truck on hire and thereafter the truck allegedly disappeared.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65093 of 2025(6) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 accused in 79 cases of similar nature i.e. he has cheated different persons.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to examine the records of the case registered against the petitioner and he will ensure the trial of the petitioner in all the cases.
