ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 01-07-2015 Even though it was noted in the order dated 28.05.2015 that the parties would resume the matrimonial relationship but that does not appear to be correct. On talking to them, there does not appear to any chance of settlement.

Be that as it may, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.05.2015 in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No.793 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, is hereby confirmed. The Petitioner is directed to deposit `5000/-(five thousand) per month in the court below firstly within fifteen days from today and subsequently by 15th every month which the wife

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16450 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 of the Petitioner will be at liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the parties. However, if the Complainant/Informant has a Bank Account or subsequently opens a Bank Account, the money shall be deposited in the Account and a receipt to this effect shall be filed by 15th every month in the Court below and in case he fails to do so, his bail bond shall stand cancelled. The Opposite Party No.2 is at liberty to produce even at a later stage the pay slip of the Petitioner so as to enhance the amount of `five thousand fixed today by this Court.
