The State of Bihar.
.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Diwakar Prasad Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dr. Ravindra Kumar (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application, for offence under Section 498-A & 304(B) 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, had not succeeded, this Court will not be inclined to now allow the petitioner to renew his prayer for anticipatory bail in view of the specific observation made in the order directing the petitioner to surrender and make a prayer for regular bail.
That being so, this application is wholly misconceived and ill-advised and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U T
