The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 353/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that some outsiders entered into the meeting of Panchayat Samiti and misbehaved with the female members. It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be the husband of one of the Panchayat Samiti members and he had gone to drop his wife.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in
