The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report (Annexure-2) shows that the injury is simple caused by firearm.

There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
