The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, registered under Sections 406 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2. It is further submitted that the disputed in between the petitioner and the opposite party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17682 of 2017 (4) dt.01-08-2017 no. 2 has been settled entering into an agreement to lead their conjugal life, which would appear from the order report dated 27.07.2017 of Mediator of Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna and accordingly, opposite party no. 2 is residing at her matrimonial house.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
