The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 235 of 2021, arising out of Nardiganj Police Station Case No. 14 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order, dated 31.03.2022, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34619 of 2021. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected on its own merits and within one year from the date of last rejection, the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been renewed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58137 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 I do not find any ground for reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
