2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 188, 323, 353, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner are alleged to have surrounded the Collectariate campus, Court premises and residential campus and raised slogans against the administration and thereby caused hindrance in discharge of official duties.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case by the police party. There is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62589 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 general and omnibus allegation and no specific role has been attributed to this petitioner. In fact, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
