JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basopatti P. S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 452, 323, 380, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner got the wall of the house of the informant demolished by using bulldozer and thereafter, 40-50 persons entered into the house and they not only assaulted the informant and his wife but also outraged her modesty, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks
