JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 25.04.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9221 of 2008. It is clear from the aforesaid order that the petitioner was given four weeks time to surrender in the lower court but the petitioner has not surrendered and has filed this modification petition after lapse of nine years. Therefore, this court does not find any merit in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail which shall be disposed of in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
